2021年11月3日，於藝術教育大樓地下室國防教室舉辦創黨大會，通過《竹圍力量黨章程》、選出第一任黨竹席賴冠學、第一任副黨竹席陳愉及第一任黨紀圍員長吳佳龍，並決議由陳愉參選11月11日之第六屆全校選區學生議員補選<ref>https://www.instagram.com/p/CWGKbZQv6fk/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link</ref>。
2021年11月11日，第六屆全校選區學生議員開票結果出爐，陳愉無緣前進議會。
